Our Story
Life for these two has been anything but ordinary.
Hawaii marked the start of their adventure together. From that point on they have been back and forth from Louisiana and the Whiskey Mountain Ranch in California.
​
Their two boys, Harper and Jasper, have grown up experiencing the world in a way that only Emma and Joey could show them. Their love of farms, animals, travel, and sports ties right into the life they all share together.
​
In a life full of excitement, now begins the start of their biggest adventure yet.

TRANSPORTATION
The closest airport to Hotel Playa Negra is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) aka Liberia Guanacaste Airport in Liberia. Travel from airport is 1.5 hours via car or shuttle.

There are numerous car rental agencies and affordable shuttles available.
​
We can organize transportation for the guests from the airport to the hotel. Happy to coordinate if we have all arrival and departure flights with hotel destination (playa negra or other), we will try and group the people and set up a pick up list that you can then share with your guests.
​
Approx. $130 one way from Liberia airport to Hotel Playa Negra for 4 people, additional people $10/pers., maximum 8 people per transport

There are many hotels and lodges close to Hotel Playa Negra.
AirBnB and VRBO have many homes available in the local area as well.
